To register as an individual or as part of a team, please submit a registration form by clicking below.

 
All registration forms must be submitted prior to first season game. Every player on the team including subs must have a registration form submitted.

Email Money Transfer (EMT) is the preferred method of payment.  Send EMT to [email protected]. ONLY ONE EMT PER TEAM

If paying by cheque, cheques must be made payable to “Mississauga Ladies Slo Pitch League” (not “MLSPL”).
